More Chronorahn fauna. Shanariids family naturally inhabit planet Shan-Lah in Kiran solar system. But many species have been imported to other planets of the system by sahmann (one of 3 main humanoid races of the setting).

What a coincidence, I have an inhabited planet called Shan. Just Shan though (creatures in my gallery). I kinda like the concept of these. Although they're not exactly 'my style', I like 'em!

Haha, is that a baku in there as well?
What do these Pochassah eat that requires such an odd trunk.. tentacle.. toungue thing, and that needle inside?

They are omnivorous with the preference towards meat-eating, but at the same time are rather hulky and inactive. Hunting for it means waiting in ambush for a lucky moment - thanks to their colour scheme, pochassah can hide themselves well among the rocky surfaces, river banks and etc. The needle inside the tentacle is venomous and can "shoot out" on a thin muscley structure, similar to chameleon's tongue. I am planning to illustrate the process, so you'll hopefully get a better explanation soon X3
